May 26th - More outdoor music!
A note for your diaries.
There will be a festival of music showcasing local talent in the beautiful gardens of The Hertford Club (Bull Plain) on Monday May 26th from 1.30pm onwards.
The confirmed line-up is

The Bluejay Paradox
Double Life
Jason Boyd Hollis
D-Frosted
Chris Pierce
Wasted
Bands, soloists and duo's with something for everybody.
Entrance is free (non members welcome) and there will be a collection for The Isabel Hospice, so everyone's a winner!
Bar and food available all day.

Sorry folks, but we have had to cancel this one as Monday is expected to be wet. We had people coming along from miles around and would have been a wasted journey for them. Hopefully we can try again on August Bank Holiday and hopefully be rewarded for our efforts with some decent weather.

The Hertford Club has used a marquee on many past occasions to ensure outdoor events have shelter. Was it not available?

Sorry folks. Indoors was never an option, the size of some of the bands made this impossible. The marquee wasn't available and wouldn't have been big enough anyway.
A new date is being worked on. Watch this space!
