It depends which site you mean. There is the old Dolphin car park - the site to the North; and the old Abbiss site - the empty plot to the west. Both are discussed on existing threads.

To summarise, the Dolphin car park site has planning permission for 14 flats. The Abbiss site has planning permission for 3 mews houses where the workshops used to be. All planning applications for the rest of the site have been refused or withdrawn. Parkhall have recently submitted a revised planning application for the three mews houses that includes the addition of a town house - possibly to replace the one that "fell down" ([url="http://www.hertford.net/yoursay/topic.php?id=3352
