Road conditions
I am due to drive to Cheshunt after lunch today - anyone know what the A10 is like?

Don't know about the A10, sorry, although the A414 was pretty bad this morning (0830) - effectively one lane and a good covering of wet snow. Thieves Lane appears to be closed, too.
Very slippy on the local roads too this morning, almost didn't make my right turn into Wellington Street [B)] Lucky for me there was a fortunately-located kerb to bump into.

Say a number of collisions and avoid if possible but hopefully by this after noon it should be Ok, maybe bad tonight black ice etc when it freezes

A10 was pretty horrid at about 8 but no problems driving it

Can confirm, that the A10 was a bit slushy, but no problems driving in both lines.
Can actually see the A10 from my office window just past the Turnford junction and it is moving fine.
The traffic was bumper to bumper earlier, but I think this was caused by the traffic lights a bit further up as normal.

My daughter got a lift into Sele with another parent. She said Welwyn Hill was a bit dodgy and saw someone coming down Port Hill....sideways [:0]. That was about 8.30ish I suppose so hopefully better now [:)]

a10 was closed at buntingford earlier.
It seems pretty bad out there, i got a mile and gave up. That was at 7 tho, it's probably clearer now with this rain.
