Don't forget your compensation claim forms
ALL of us were delayed by more than 30 minutes this morning.
I'm sure that ALL of us arrived to catch the 8.05 from Hertford North into Moorgate this morning but didn't get a train until 8.55.
Can anyone confirm what time the 8.55 got into Moorgate (I got off at Alexandra Palace)? If it arrived at Moorgate after 9.55 then you get 100% of your journey refunded.
Maybe we could have a regular spot on here stating which trains were late or cancelled so that we can all put in a compenstion form.
With delays & cancellations, you can also claim for your journey home.

Has anyone using National Express East Anglia from Hertford East actually managed to get a payment recently?
I sometimes wonder if they operate a lottery system for dealing with delay compenation claims - answer one, bin nine??

If you buy a season ticket and normally swipe through, say at 7.30, won't the machinery record your usual commuting pattern as a counter-check against fraudulent claims?
Particularly, what if you had travelled at 7.30 and then claimed for a delayed 08.05 today?

On days like today the barriers are usually left open.

they were open this morning when I arrived for the 0912 to be told there were no trains until 0955. Even then, it didnt leave until 1010. Glad I had my Archos with me so I could watch a film!
