Steven Oates
I have heard that Steven Oates has been called in by the banks???? and has moved from Warren Park Road... has anyone else heard this!

He sold that house ages ago at at vastly reduced price!! Parkhall Developments have probably been called in as the site at Railway Street has been hawked around for sale to all and sundry, again at a bargain price!

I have numerous friends that were paper millionaires, some in double digits 2 yrs ago. Virtually all are now left only with their houses (just) and no business or assets. All were totally overleveraged to banks which called in loans very very quickly.
In most cases it was the land banks that were written down by 40% in the end of 07 that killed them.
Small property Co's are going into bankruptcy at an astonishing rate, the business model simply does not work, infact it is non-existant.....Hence the plethora of Range Rover Sports flooding the mkt at firesale prices...

Parkhall Ltd does indeed seem to be in trouble with several outstanding CCJ's againest it, the latest one being Jan 09.

If it's a limited company he runs, which I'm sure it is, he won't be liable for the debts anyway.
