It's such a shame - Ginger Lillie was a great little shop. ANOTHER beauty salon is just so dull - I just can't believe there are enough customers for all the different saloms already in town, without there being another one too.

Hi all :) Ok, hands up. It's me. [:I] I have taken over 45 Railway Street & am turning it into Pura Vida. I will be up & running from mid April. I have been working in Hertford for several years now as a beauty & holistic therapist & have simply out grown the rented room I worked from. I am moving my business from one end of town to another & have to say, am rather excited about having a window & seeing daylight as my rented room was underground :( Pura Vida will be offering a range of treatments & services. I aim to focus to the health & wellbeing side of things, I do not want to have your standard beauty salon approach, which is why I will be offering more natural/vegan/organic products & expanding into ayurvedic treatments & pregnancy massage in due course. I have a lovely girl, Kate, managing the hair side who has been doing hair for years, she was looking for a base to work from. Please do pop in, even if to say hi & have a nose, it would be nice to meet some of the faces behind the usernames [:)] -Penny-

good luck mouffloncake, i might swing by for the pregnancy massage when you're up and running, hope you got change of use otherwise everyone in Hertford will be campaigning outside. i think its great that an empty shop has been filled, well done you.
