Mill Road Traffic Lights
I notice that a CCTV camera has been installed on a mast overlooking the Mill Road/Ware Road junction. One wonders what they're expecting to see.

A large amount of people coming out of Tesco and Dicker Mill wondering why the locals have been forced to queue, while the passers through, get new measures to help them?
Funny, I thought the council were supposed to benefit the locals. My Mistake!

There are plans for a new exit from Tesco's car park directly on to the Ware Road.

Presumably the cameras were there to record what everybody already knows - the traffic lights haven't helped. On the odd occasions I drive into work (fool!) the queue on Ware Road still reaches the Police station, just as it did before. Does anyone know what happened to the 'bus priority' system that was used to justify the expense?
