A414
I think i saw some signs saying the A414 from M&S to BP will be closed for 2 weeks ? Have i missed something ?

Safety improvements - so presumably a barrier down the middle.

the speed cameras will only reduce the speed where the camera is, not the rest of the road, just like the 50mph stretch on the way to Harlow.

Yes - agreed, I was just referring to the bottom 100 yards before the roundabout (M&S), where the railings are.

Indeed, we need one there to slow the idiots comming down the hill at over 40 where you have to cross two lanes to turn into Greencoates. Any chance?

No that would be too much of a sensible location for a speed camera.
