was hoping to travel from hertford east - kings lynn via broxbourne & cambridge, is their any restrictions with taking a small dog with me?

I doubt it. There is a guy that commutes into London from Hertford North with his greyhound!

No restrictions other than it must be on a lead and well controlled. We took our springer spaniel on the train from Hertford North and then on the tube to Camden - he thought it was all very exciting and the pigeons on Primrose Hill didn't know what had hit them [:D]
