Hello As we have discussed previously on here, there is a shortage of housing in Hertford, so I hope people don't mind me asking on here... If anyone is thinking of selling a 3-4 bed house in Hertford and hasn't yet put their house on the market, please do send me a private message. We have a cash buyer on our flat and must find a new house by the end of the summer if at all possible. Our budget is up to around £270k. Looking in Hertford, Bengeo and surrounding areas. Not Hertford Heath though. I scour rightmove and all the local estate agent websites daily, so this appeal is really to people that may be about to put their houses on the market and who might consider a private sale to us.
