I visited the almost completed development yesterday and it does look very impressive.
The loft-style apartments looking out towards the Brewery look great both inside and outside. The kitchen/dining/living area is a fantastic space and makes it feel very Scandinavian. It's all wonderfully polished but I do have a gripe with the bedrooms. They are so small it feels like the furniture would have to be scale models of the real thing.
Anyway, what does my opinion count for? It's not as if I was planning to pay almost £400k for a two bedroom flat... sorry, duplex.
