Goldings
Does anyone know anything about the owner/developer of Goldings just outside Hertford (A119). Believe he's called Eugene and a local man ?

I was fortunate to see the chapel, it is outstanding, glass floors, underground swimming pool, stunning gdns etc. He has sold the chapel on, and is nearing completion of a new house on the grounds i believe. I have a neighbour looking at one of the other properties there, was concerned how many further houses he planned on building !

Its a real one, sitting next to the main house/mansion. Big arched windows running along both sides, big wooden doors etc... Like something off that tv program 'real designs'

Flannery lives in a little bungalow on the estate called Wych Elms, it looks quite modest compared to The Chapel, and I don't think he ever lived at The Chapel. I can't remember the name of the couple who bought it but the lady is gorgeous. The other property he's building on the site is called the Pavillion. It looks very nice at the moment. And big! The Manor House is being converted into something like 7 apartments which are supposedly huge and going for around 400,000 - 500,000 quid. I haven't had a decent look yet though ;)

Identifying private individuals and their homes gives our small legal team the jitters. We have limited resources to fend off any action by such people.
