Best pubs in Hertford area

Just thought that the only topic on this section was the worst pubs and bars.... that just seems so negative. So I will start off with'The Ram' during the weeks, the atmosphere is good, and I really like the couple who are currently running it. However, they are moving away, which is a great shame and a big loss[:(]

We're only ever going to have two threads if we call them "Best pubs..." and "Worst pubs...". Better to use the name of the pub as the Topic name if you're reviewing. It would also be more helpful for people looking for information.
