Bookmakers in Bull Plain gone.
No loss IMHO, just a shame about the empty unit.

If any 1 has any suggestion's on what it's to become I'm taking bets on it.
Odds on - Coffee/Sandwich Bar
Evens - Nail/Beauty Salon
Outside bet - A Charity Shop
Look out for me in the new Duncombe Arms and ask the Barperson for Rodney.

From what I can work out it looks like this place is now going to be another new nail-bar.
I cannot wait, when is it opening?

Hertford is a commuter town now folks. The only new shops to open will be to pander to the needs of bored housewives. Hence all the hairdressers, nail bars and coffee shops. Ever tried buying a decent suit or mens shoes in town?
Every time you visit tesco/Sainsbury/Asda/Waitrose/Morrisons you drive another nail into the town centres' heart.
When will you all realise?

I'm not sure what you mean by that - how does doing one's food shopping in a supermarket affect non-food retailers in town?
