I haven't done it at Hertford,but in other towns there is a seperate part to your parking ticket and when you buy your shopping you use this part to claim your money back,as a deduction off your shopping

There is def a rebate voucher on the tickets. I just dont know how to umm... rebate it!

Don't think anyone in Hertford does, I have a feeling they started a scheme to do it in a few shops but I am not sure it really took off as it was only a few independant traders that did it and not every day.
I have a feeling Waitrose and Boots don't because it is not "their" car park, it is a council one but I could be wrong...........

It probably is but I think it is council run?
Forgot to ask in Waitrose about the rebate voucher..............
