It's Mr.Simms actually. It's a franchise. They're due to open in around 4 weeks. This is the shop in Knutsford http://www.virtual-knutsford.co.uk/frameset.php?main=/business_categories/services_CAT_confectionery.htm The nearest one I know of is in Bishops Stortford Similar to what Candies was but maybe a little more formulaic.

A word of caution Mr Simms shops will stick you on the ceiling from sugar overload when you walk in. It's great.

The one in Bishop's Stortford is a real gem of a shop - its an old fashioned emporium that looks like it has come straight out of Dickens (or Diagon Alley even) Love it [:D]

Kool - with 100s and 1000s on top. Love the fit-out. Who'd have thought such a pleasant little shop could be crafted from such an inauspicious hut on skid row! Wish them all the best. Probably the only style of independent that can survive in our little ville given that apart from the supermarkets, none of the retail majors want to know. Not much magnetism in our retail experience at the moment.
