Graham Takat has bees and makes his own honey and bees wax - call him on 07703 496798 or you can by Widford Honey in the village shop at Hunsdon - there are 3 bee keepers in Widford that sell honey from their houses - signs outside, just knock and ask [:)]

On Friday mornings 9.30 - 11.30 AM is the Local Produce market in Castle Hall, run by the WI. Local honey, local grown seasonal fruit, veg and flowers, cakes, meat pies and other baked goods and jams and chutneys, all made within a few miles of the town centre. They also run a stall on the monthly Farmers Market.

I get mine in the Health Food shop at Old Cross and also noted today, from 9 April every Friday from 1-3pm the WI are going to sell their produce including honey in the Hertford Museum... Just had a note stuck on my desk so that's probably worth a try in April too!
