Has anyone bought anything from Out of Town pine shop (on the Ware Road)? I bought a large piece of furniture at the weekend, which was delivered on monday - when I unwrapped it all it was broken. I called the shop who promised to send another one today and pick up the broken one - they never arrived.. Has anyone else had this happen?? I am hopping mad...[V][V][V]
