The house I was buying has just fallen through but were are still going to proceed with the agreed sale of ours. So, I need a 3 or 4 bedroom house with off-street parking/garage that needs no work with a decent garden and close to Hertford North station (well, within 10mins walk). Max budget £450,000-ish.
