Waters Edge Thornton St Folly Island
I've seen basic details of the above on the web but can't see it on a map or satellite view - is it a new development?

That's a shockingly poor map. The path of the river is completely wrong. Nowhere does it cross Old Hall Street. If you switch to Satellite View you'll see the reality.
I think these might be the new terrace that Steven Oates built a few years ago on the old car park.
No.3 Waters Edge appears to have been sold three times in just 27 months!

Speaking of houseprices.co.uk having a poor map. The ammount of Satnav's that bring people down onto Folly Island thinking that they can drive through to Hartem Common is amazing..

I knew it was a poor map but thought it might help a bit and seemed to confirm it was not brand new as they had been sold on a couple of occasions.
As to sat nav's I think there should be a warning on the "welcome to Hertford" signs for people not to use them, they are pretty useless in Bengeo as well. Not got one myself prefer the old fashioned way of planning where I am going before I leave............that is another sign of age I have decided!
