Orange merges with T-Mobile
I don't know if people know but from today anyone on Orange (2G) can roam on the T-Mobile network and vice-versa. You can register on this link https://kareena.orange.co.uk/share/default.jsp?embedded= which explains it all. At the moment this is not available to 3G users but will be in March next year.
It would be interesting to know what coverage changes people experience and in which areas around the town.

t-mobile and three have already gone through a network share project so users of all three networks should notice a difference (hopefully and improvement)

Orange reception is terrible in Hertford Heath, with virtually no indoor reception down the Haileybury end. On my last moan to Orange they did say things should improve with the tie up with T-mobile, however when I go into network settings and carry out a manual select T-mobile is actually worse than Orange at being detected. I'm not therefore holding out much hope for improvement and it looks like I'll have to change to Vodafone or O2 (which both receive good signals) when my contract is up!

There's no signal south side of Hertford either, Vodafone is great though [:)]
