Sledge watch!
Hi,
Has anyone spotted sledges for sale anywhere in hertford?
One of those annoying things that is nearly impossible to buy. They only appear once the snow arrives, and then they are sold out immediately as everyone is buying them!

We (or my wife) picked up two old the old wooden sledges from a skip about a month ago. They are in perfect condition and as long as the snow falls in Hertford will be getting a work out very soon.

Bubbaoshea - what a find! I loved the old wooden sledges - check that the runners are in good condition. I've managed to concuss myself twice on those things but it hasn't done me any long term harm I think. I hope those of you who have prepared get your reward this weekend and happy sledging.

intersport have sold out, but spotted some at millets. Intersport said they are not getting any more in just yet - i.le. not until more snow!
