Cooking a topside of beef
I've got a really nice bit of topside beef on order for Sunday what's the best way to cook it?
Techniques and cooking temps would be much appreciated, thanks!

Best recipe I know for roast beef is put in in the oven until it's cooked.

Recipe from a French friend of mine when she first invited us around for Sunday lunch; pre-heat oven to about 220c place beef in oven until just about warm (20 mins). Remove from oven and carve while carefully watching English diners jaws drop!

None at all [:)] Just asking what other people did with their Sunday beef, without having to trawl through cook books/the internet or join another forum to find what works best.

Why don't you search on google or ask the audience on your website?
It will surely be easier, nay?
