Just seen this from Herts Highways.

Article says the accident was at 8.45 but the Rush Green roundabout was pretty much gridlocked at 8.20 this morning when I tried to get round it. Presumably that was due to something else, or has the Mercury got the time wrong?

i had heard about it on twitter before 8.45 so i think the article is wrong.
also it was a 7 not 5 car collision.

I passed the accident this morning at around 9. Roads were gridlocked and the accident looked very nasty indeed.
