Renting
We have recently sold our house and living in temporary accommodation but need to move on now. Does anyone have a property for rent at around £4oo a month? We expect this not to include bills. Just about any area will do.
I know we'll be lucky to get somewhere this cheap but you don't know unless you ask right? :-)

you aint going to find anything at around 400 quid unless you want to live like a kid and get a house share or a ****e studio flat which will probably be only for single occupants...
why not just buy a cheap flat on the pinehurst for 100k give or take, put down 20% and pay a mortgage of about 450pcm? you'll obviously have to pay a service charge of about 70 quid pcm but this would be the cheapest way of doing it if you arent fussed about where you live.....

Thanks for the advice but never say never. We've just left a mortgage behind and don't want to be caught up in all that again, the banks steal enough money off people already. We only want it for about six months or so anyway till we move out of the area. Anyone who wants to make some money and has a property to rent out will be glad of the money. :-)
