New Look disappointment
New Look in town has gone very downhill. There is only usually one or two people in there and they are rude. I was trying on shoes with my friends and we had two pairs of their shoes on the floor because we were going to try them on. A lady who worked there started moaning at us because we made a 'mess'. I don't find two pairs of shoes a mess?
Also, there is never any clothes sizes that you want! I'm a size 6 and it is rare to find a size 6 in the shop. And they don't sell size 3 shoes! Many school girls are size 3 feet who go to school in Hertford, and they have to travel to Brookfield or Welwyn.
Thoughts please?

sadly like most people have to do - go to brookfield or stevenage where they have got a larger 'New Look' I know this is not the right attitude and we should all do as much local shopping as possible but in the end it saves so much time... at least you can just go straight up there, get parked easily (for free) and find what you want. Have you tried the New Look website for ordering,the delivery is really quick and at least you know you will get your size!!

I'd rather go to the shop than order online, because if you don't like the item, you have all the aggro of returning it, and i'm a cheapskate so i don't want to pay for delivery :3
