X FACTOR HOUSE IN HERTFORD HEATH
The X Factor house is in Hertford Heath.
The property is worth £6m & is situated in The Roundings!
ITV are paying £4,000 a week for it!
My friends did see some X Factor contestants in Town.

I wonder if Hertford's economy will get a boost? I guess all the taxis, beauticians, catering etc aren't local but there might be some knock-on effect.
