Street lights

Not sure if this is the right forum but I know admin will move it if I am wrong Can anyone tell me who is responsible for street lights in residential roads as those in our street a whole section are not working and I would like to report it but don't know who to.

You can report this on 01923 471320 or the website herts direct then go to Hertfordshire Highways.
