Problem in town?
Huge queues out of Hertford into Waterford an clue what's happening? Supposed to be going out in an hour

Yeah there is an accident at Watton at Stone and no traffic from Stevenage can go along the A602 to Ware,so is being diverted along the A119

Yes, the illegally parked cars in the Wellington Street/Nelson Street area were not helping matters either. Traffic was backed up down Beane Road and onto North Road, effectively bringing traffic flow on it to a standstill.
