Help with buying training shoes
Anyone know of a local shop where you get proper advice on training shoes suitable for your needs?

My partner found one of the chaps in Scott Sports/Intersport to be very helpful when she was being kitted out for a charity run, much more so than the so called specialist in Go Outdoors. There are lots of branches of Runners Need in London who could, no doubt, give you more expert advice.

It's not too local but not too far away, I go to Up And Running at the bottom of Watford High St. They will put you on a treadmill and record video of your feet while running so they can see what you're doing in slow-motion, and where support is needed.
