"Located in Hertford's Town Centre"?
I'm not sure the location of [url="http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-38638871.html"]this house[/url], whilst convenient for the town centre, really justifies that description. Nice try Steven Oates! [:D]

I think technically that side of the road is "Lower Bengeo" it is the wrong side of the river to be Town Centre [}:)][:D]

No such place as "lower Bengeo" made up by Estate Agents. Its Portvale. Be proud Portvale, you are at the bottom of Port Hill.. its logical and a lovely place to live and nice houses and a school and art centre there....[:)]

Yep, Lower Bengeo.........just as I live in East Hertingfordbury, in the centre of town, near the popular SG13 school catchment area, within a short walk of both train stations, close to all amenities..........and the new Sainsbury's.

Having lived in Port Vale, I can honestly say it really is a great place to live in terms of convenience to the town centre, Hartham and both stations and missing it!!
