I find this story so implausible - I mean someone who drinks in the Albion going out jogging is just ludicrous!
There are others about though, I worked with a guy last year who had a fascinating past and was very convincing until I realised that he must have been around 12 years old when he was serving as a Para in Ireland!

the guy is very likely mentally ill, and whilst he is a nasty bit of work if half of what is said in that link is to believed, I hope he gets the help he clearly needs.

I quite like the bit in the M*****y where his defence was that he was brought up fatherless and he didn't have a birth certificate. Ellis James Ward born march Quarter 1983 Cheltenham registration district. The only reason he didn't have a certificate is he didn't order one from the General Records Office
