Who has seen Mars?
I have been looking out and up in the direction of Great Amwell (ish) but I haven't spotted it yet. Not sure if I am I looking in the right place or not - has anyone else spotted it? What does it look like to the naked eye?

Its still there! Not as bright as it was a few weeks ago. The bright one, low on the horizon to the south.

If you look south down Bull Plain early evening it should be above Accessorize. It looks like a bright star with a reddish glow.
Failing that, try the free software 'Cartes du Ciel'

This will show you exactly where and what everything in the night sky is.
