I support all local establishments, however how can Hertford sustain 10 Barbers (not including unisex hairdressers)?

Really unbelievable that the Council have sanctioned yet another barber shop in town!!! I don't know how they all survive, and yes I have thought of the argument that at least its a shop filled, but you cannot help thinking that somewhere along the line, the ability of all these particular shops to keep going is going to diminish... I wish them well, but I for one won't be in a position to use it!!!!

I think the council are only involved in cnage of use which this probably didn't need as it is not selling coffee and food.................. Must be more barbers than nail bars now!

maybe its the scotsman in me, but I havent paid for a haircut since 2007. Number 3 all over once a month (and my wahl clippers funnily enough did come from amazon - 8 quid including delivery). ditto on both counts
