Sorry if is in the wrong sub-forum (mod please move if that's the case). But I was wondering if anyone can help. I'm thinking of moving my broadband to BT Infinity (2) and was wondering if anyone near the end of the Ware Road (near the fly over) has any opinions? I 'm trying to find out what the speeds were like in reality; any congestion at peak times; any experiences of dropped connections? RE customer service - I'm pretty resigned to them being a bit rubbish, it is BT after all. Also, looking at the prices BT seems to cheapest for FTTC connections without extras (I've no need for Sky or Virgin's TV offers) Cheers
