Space in Hertford?
OK, I'm not sure what I can put here, as I don't want to promote and get my post removed, however as I'm not yet "in business" as I am still in process of painting/renovating etc, however I will tread carefully. I'm hoping that with the many years of experience that member s of this forum have someone might be able to help. I am looking for "space" in Hertford to "park" a food van, it is not your normal food van, but again don't want to say what it is incase post is removed, so please do not think it is a burger van (couldn't be further from it!). Any ideas anyone? Hertford council were happy with what I am doing, just weren't very helpful in saying where I could park??
Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Remembering the shop you used to run, I'm hoping this "space" will be the final frontier, boldly going where no one has gone before?

Does "park" a food van mean "trade from" or does "park" mean "garage" a food van, please?
..and what is "not a normal food van"? Sounds intriguing[:)]

yes trade from only, ie. park up and trade for a day/half a day. I'm sure as I'm not mentioning any names I could probably say what type it is....a vintage ice cream van serving scooped ice creams, cold drinks, cupcakes and cakes.

I would think that when you apply for the various licences required they should be able to tell you where you can park up.
I'm not sure if it's Herts or East Herts who are resposible for the licensing.
