MUSICAL MYSTERY TOUR

Just in case anyone hasn't heard, we've got the HERTFORD MUSIC FESTIVAL MUSICAL MYSTERY TOUR this Sunday, the 26th August. I (and all the brilliant people who've been working really hard on this) would be grateful if you'd spread the word (and pray fro sunny weather)! We've got more venues involved than ever (about 30) and loads of really good artists. I'll be distributing the Musical Mystery Tour Map round all the pubs tonight and tomorrow but you can check out the line-ups now at www.hertfordmusicfestival,co,uk and at facebook.com/hertfordmusicfestival. Yes it was a brilliant day. Not sure if you have to be logged into Facebook to see these pictures: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.512824102065432.135540.154567124557800&type=1 I liked it that lots of none-pub venues were involved like the Museum, Dog and Whistle pop-up shop, Cafe Nero and Rigsbys. The celeb-spotting was interesting too! Big thanks to the organisers.

I thought it was brilliant. Never seen the town centre so busy with chilled out happy people having a good time. A great idea, obviously well planned and well executed! Nice one kevsaunders

Kev, what Robbo said is spot on. From myself one of the (more minor!) performers point of view the organisation and sound where we were - the Duncombe Arms and Black horse - and everywhere else by the sound of it, was fantastic.

It was my ideal summer Sunday afternoon. An all day pub crawl, played out to a soundtrack of great music. The best Sunday I've had in Hertford for ages!!! [8D]
