Traffic is Dreadful
Has anyone noticed how bad the traffic has become generally in Hertford?

No, seems as quiet as you would expect in school holidays. Saw a Sainsbury's artic turn into Hartham Lane today at 9.45, and quess what - no chaos, took about 20 secs, no wheels on the pavement, 3 cars had to pause momentarily.

No, can't say I have, but admittedly it's never been brilliant.
I'm pleasantly surprised at the low impact (so far) of the Sainsbury's development.
