Mrs Sloop going into hospital to have her knees washed but that will not stop me from attending the beer festival at OXT. Last year the Hog Roast was particularly impressive; even though my 12 yo took a lot of persuading that the poor animal was not kept in the OXT cellar for a couple of weeks to fatten it up and had to be chased around by Sue at six in the morning to spear it with a knife in order to be ready for the spit that afternoon.
