On Friday night I found a bike on the Folly. I believe that it is blue and silver and have the words CONCEPT written on it. I have logged it with the police who have asked me to take it to Hertford police station.

UPDATE: I rode took the bike to Hertford Police station last night, I don’t know how long they will keep it for but if anyone hears of anything please pass this information on.
