Despite all the members of the Hertford Transport Forum agreeing to an afternoon meeting to accomadate Hertfordshire Highways no one from that agency turned up. So I asked anyway and boxes along Ware Road to assist turning right against traffic flow come under the auspices of that organisation based in the Rotunda. Unless you don't pay phone bills it is more productive to turn up at the offices and demand attention. Totally out of my remit I'm afraid but can point you in right direction.

Thanks for posing the question and looking into it, but to be honest I dont think I have the energy to put into it! It is just a minor inconvenience and can think of a dozen other issues is and around Hertford that are equally irritating! I really should take each issue on but honestly feel none of them are worth the time esp when I can predict the outcome for the majority! Thanks again though for your help with this matter.
