Christmas Trees
Yearly Tree hunt yesterday turned out to be the quickest & cheapest on record. Sele Arms (Bridge House in new money)car park, £35 for a good quality 6 footer. Meant my chum was deprived of a visit to Van Hages but as they are apparently coming up at £80 for similar she wasn't complaining too much. And we could all get down to the White Horse all that bit sooner......[^]

The Christmas Tree Farm at Dane End is a good place to get a tree.

We got our tree this year from the Dane End Christmas Tree Farm. Nice people, lovely trees all set in a woodland clearing.

Just passed Dane End on the A602 heading towards Stevenage, just the other side of Watton at Stone before the Three Horseshoes pub is a Christmas Tree centre on the right, where the riding stables I use is! They do fresh Christmas Wreaths too and lots of sizes and free carparking... Don't have a number for them but during the summer they also sell pine furniture, the trees do look lovely and smell great!
