Leaf Cafe
went to Leaf Cafe yesterday for lunch, lovely sandwich on 'home made' bread, and got really nice taster plater for £1.95 of nibbles and hummus. Coffee was good, double shots as standard in the coffees - really nice to have two shots as standard.
And we stayed for cake and tea, lovely lemon drizzle cake and nice teas....
Had a quick look at some of the childrens books, good selection of books for older children.
hope people support it as cafe and bookshop.

Popped in for coffee a couple of weeks ago, despite not being the target audience (ie, child free), but I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The coffee was lovely, I think the best I've had in Hertford. Also a great source for children's presents. Hope it does well, it's a lovely place [:)]

I went along with my 3yr old to their craft session this morning and it was great! The owner read a book then we made a picture linked to the story (we made a lovely frog covered in lentils).
The book selection is great, and the coffee was too. I will definitely be doing it again.
