Building between Loch Fyne and The Ram
It is currently covered in scaffolding and now part of it has been removed. What was there before? I was trying to remember looking at it this afternoon, was it an accountants? What is going on there now? Anyone know?

It was formerly Breeze and Wyles who have moved to Stag House on Old London Road. Longmores have long been established in Castle Street.

Correct Mrs Spice used to work there, it is still undergoing massive redevelopement.
when it will re emerge as Office space downstairs and Flats upstairs

A Lot of those buildings in the early 1800's were houses for the businessmen of the town, brewers, maltsters, solicitors, etc etc etc. many built the big houses and moved to Queens Road and Bengeo

What number is it?
in 1945 number 122 was Festing Bryant Baker and co Solicitors is that the right building?
122a Sudan United Mission,
Either side were Mrs Golding at Upton House 114 and 116 and the other side
130 Regal Cafe but I think that's now Loch Fyne?
Not sure how the numbers run..............plus they changed obver the years but if that's the right one we can probably track it back......

Breeze & Wyles address was 114 Fore St when they relocated. it used to be The Veterinary Inspector for animal diseases for Hertford & Hatfield in the 30 ths.

Ah so it was Upton House, I did wonder. It's difficult to track the numbers there, I did look today but nothing is numbered as far as I could tell.
Upton House 1911 the home of John Tasker-Evans GP, not sure if he had a surgery there but the family lived there for many years, his father a surgeon was there from at least 1861
