Concern is mounting for the welfare of Charlotte Missenden who has not been seen after leaving her home at Watersplace Farm around 1pm anxious and distressed. Charlotte is described as being five feet seven inches tall with blond shoulder length hair and of medium build. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown boots and greenish loose fitting trousers. Her actions this afternoon are out of character hence the concern of police and family members. Anyone who thinks they have seen Charlotte is urged to ring 101
