Just noticed the 'For Lease' sign is no longer above the old Oddbins unit in Hertford. Could this be good news and someone is going in there? Let's hope so, great unit in really prime spot. Something like Fat Face or Joules would be good!

I would love to a Fat Face in the town, the one I go to when I'm on holiday is great. I would also love to see a Robert Dyas come to town, nearly every product advert you see on TV says it's available from them so I think it would be a very useful addition [:)]

Can we not turn this in to another "what I'd like to see in Hertford" thread. [:)] I doubt the disappearance of the sign is any indication that it has been let out IMHO.

I'm sure I've posted this elsewhere, but you're going to need to shell out £100,000 before you even open the doors at this location. There aren't that many people with that sort of money and confidence in the town.

Nando's have more than £100,000, maybe we should ask them to come. On a less silly note, I see that Emilio's hasn't opened again after a holiday and there is a yellow planning notice on the window.
