Bengeo Book Fayre at Holy Trinity Church, New Road, Bengeo starts soon.
Wednesday 18th September 2pm - 4pm
Thursday 19th September 11am - 4pm
Friday 20th September 11am - 7pm
Saturday 21st September 11am - 4pm
A wide variety of books with 1000's to choose from.

This may sound like a stupid question but what does the Book Fayre actually involve? I've seen plenty of posters advertising up but they don't offer much clue. Are books being sold? Read? Shared? How does it work? Any events? Readings?
For the record I have hundreds of books and most of them are *not* written by Lee Childs, so I am genuinely interested and not just stirring up trouble :-D

It is selling second hand books to raise money for the church. There will be hundreds if not thousands of books there on every subject you can think of!

Popped into the church today and there were literally hundred's of books. Brought 7 books for a £5, all in very good condition, and some were 2013 editions. Also won a cuddly toy on the raffle, which I didn't know was there, and could have had tea and cake too but had some before I went. All in all, very happy and hope they do this again sometime soon as I would definitely go again :-)
