Anyone got a clue where you can buy Sushi in Hertford?

Hertford is crying out for a sushi house. Please can someone open one??? I've looked for somewhere to buy it too but Waitrose is the only place - the nearest sushi restaurant is St Albans!

Cant see it working in Hertford. It might be a cosmo town, but not ready for Sushi yet. Might work if it was full Japanese cusine with some Sushi, but not just Sushi.

Hmm, Marks & Spencer do sushi to go so to speak but Japanese restaurants are invariably very, very expensive and I too am not sure that Hertford would be ready for it.. Of course, the people of Elbert Wurlings who are opening the boutique hotel might wish to consider it as they wish to have a different experience...
