There is a programme called pplive which gathers sources from around the internet. I can't find the link to download it at the moment but I can e-mail the install file to you (about 1MB in size). Superb quality. You will need 1MB broadband to get a decent picture.
They show all of the live premiership games plus a number of 3pm Saturday games, internationals.
And it's all free.

This is not a Hertford issue. Google it: you will find a hot debate about pplive and loads of info about how to get it on many football club website message boards. Although some people consider that it is illegal (and a couple of message board moderators ban any mention of it, presumably depending on how much in Sky’s pocket they are) most seem to think it’s legal, it’s brilliant and it really is something for nothing. Beware of the sites who make a one-off charge for setting you up with it, you don’t need them, as JohnSmith describes above.
