Went there for dinner last night, very impressed all round - menu choice, quality of food, service, atmosphere all superb. Great veggie selection too. I can't recommend a baked banana in rum enough.

Eat there a couple of months ago. Food excellent, service very good, a bit expensive but Rooster & I recommend it.

I went there last Thursday and it was fantastic as usual, but I would not say expensive. 2 starters, Red, green and Mussaman Curries, 2 rice and a bottle of plonk £50. A steal in my book.

This place has the best staff in hertford. You could not wish for more attentive and helpful staff. The food is absolutely amazing to boot. I've spent many a stopover on the way to/from Australia in thailand and can definitely say it's the best Thai food I've had outside Thailand.

Rare night out, Food was good but not overly generous with amounts or variety of seafood in our dishes.That said it was tasty, Singha beer went down well, but where this place rally stands out is the service, attentive without being intrusive, each waiter/waitress works the whole restaurant not just their own section. Value for money 7/10 (My beers made the bill come to @£30 /head)[:)]

Went there at the weekend with 4 people. I suppose it’s to be expected on a weekend that a place is busy; however, the table/chairs just seem ever so too close together for me though when the place is full downstairs. Service was timely and everything ordered correctly – the staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was great; the portions fall in the ‘about right’ category rather than being too little/much. A variety of chicken and fish dishes were ordered and everyone was happy with their dishes. Cost wise I think the food is fairly priced, obviously the overall cost is directly proportional to the amount of wine/beer that is added (but again this isn’t too unusually priced [for a restaurant] either). I have eaten at both Baan T and Thai Rack and both serve lovely food. However, the service/staff and just the atmosphere and layout of the place (when not super busy) give Baan the edge for me.

Did anyone else eat here last night? I know its a busy night, but my take away was unusually dissapointing.

Went a fortnight ago. Very good service, very good food. Is it me or have the servings got smaller since they appeared in Waitrose while the price has remained the same?
